If you ever need to repair your wireless mobile device to us for repair not available locally, you need to fill in our Mail-in Repair Service Online Form and submit to us prior to your shipping to us. We will call you to quote for the repair cost and time estimate, and you can make your payment online (via Paypal or e-transfer) prior to shipping your broken smartphone or tablet following our shipping instructions.

Mail-in Repair Instructions:

  1. Fill out the Mail-in Repair Request Form and submit it online. We will review your repair request and call you to discuss the repair issue.
  2. If you agree to our repair estimate, we will send you a Repair Authorization Number (RA #). You will need to mail in your phone with the RA# written on the Mail-in Request Form.  You must also write the RA # on the outside of the box.
  3. We will contact you regarding the repair costs and payment arrangements.
  4. Once you have made the payment through, your phone will be repaired and shipped back to you. Our turnaround time is usually less than 48 hours from the receipt of your phone!
