If you are located outside of Toronto or if it is simply more convenient, you can mail-in your device to us for repair and we will courier it back to you when the repair is completed. We also understand that being without a phone for an extended period is tough, so that’s why we offer FREE courtesy phones for some models for a few days (subject to availability).
